AI trade ideas
SimpleAlgo Trade Ideas are ready-made trade setups for crypto, stocks and forex. Every 30 minutes the system checks the 1-hour and 4-hour candles of each market against a fixed set of rules: trend direction, structure, momentum and volume. When a market passes, the idea is sent to an AI validator that reads the chart again and either confirms it or rejects it. Only ideas with a Setup Score of 70 or higher and agreement across timeframes are published.
Each published idea has a direction (Buy Opportunity or Sell Opportunity), an entry, a stop loss and a first target. From that moment a separate checker follows the price. It checks every candle's high and low: if the price reaches the target before the stop, the idea is recorded as a win; if it reaches the stop first, or a single candle touches both, it is recorded as a loss. Ideas that reach neither level within 14 days are marked expired.
We're reviewing the track record, including estimated trading costs, before publishing it here. Live, open ideas with their levels are available to SimpleAlgo members.
Worked example: reading a closed idea
The numbers below are an illustration of how to read a result, not a real or current trade.
Say a Buy Opportunity on ETH was published at an entry of 2,400 with a stop at 2,350 and a first target at 2,500. The risk is 50 points and the potential reward 100 points, a reward-to-risk ratio of 2 to 1. If ETH later trades at 2,500 while the stop has not been touched, the checker records a win. If it falls to 2,350 first, it records a loss.
With a 2 to 1 ratio, a trader who takes every idea at the same risk breaks even at a win rate of about 33%. That is why the win rate alone never tells the whole story: always read it together with the distance to the stop and the target.
How to read the results
Win rate is wins divided by wins plus losses. Open ideas and ideas that expired without reaching either level are not part of it.
Look at the record per market. Crypto, stocks and forex behave differently, and a strong record in one market says little about another.
Past results do not guarantee future results. A record covers a limited period and market conditions change.
Frequently asked questions
How are trade ideas generated?
A rule check on live 1-hour and 4-hour candles finds candidates every 30 minutes, then an AI validator confirms or rejects each one. Only ideas with a Setup Score of 70+ and timeframe agreement are published.
How is the win rate calculated?
Wins divided by wins plus losses. An idea is a win when price reaches the first target before the stop, a loss when it reaches the stop first or both in the same candle. Ideas that hit neither within 14 days are marked expired and left out of the win rate.
Where is the track record?
It is being reviewed, with estimated trading costs included, and will be published on this page once that review is done.
Can I see live ideas?
Live ideas with entry, stop and target levels are part of a SimpleAlgo membership, and members can also get them in Discord.
